my first industrial visit

Hello friends,

my name is showrab gavli. I am currently pursing MBA-ABM from lotus business school,punawale,pune.. we on the 18/09/2019 have visited to parle factory to  thier khopoli plant.it was a very memorable experience.we learnt lots of stuff and it was imformative  and knowleding .
we learnt lots working pattern of the parle company .it's teaches lots of aspects of how  big firms like "parle" . we learnt about their manufacturing,production,processing and packaging aspects.
we all have welcomed very cherishable manner by the team of parle. the HR( Mr. Shelke sir) of the firm  gave us a very warm welcome.He have given us an introductory speech about the how the firms works. the most famous propduct parle industries is parle biscuit we have seen all the above pertaining aspects of its making. we all have also know  about how to work in a organised manner, in a systematic manner and a productive manner as an organisation.
